H.E. Mr. Erlan Abdıldayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic will pay an official visit to Turkey on 22-24 May 2014 upon the invitation of H.E. Mr. Ahmet Davutoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.

On the occasion of the visit, the Joint Strategic Planning Group Meeting will be held within the framework of the preparations for the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council Meeting to be organized in Ankara on 3 June 2014 under the co-chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey, and H.E. Mr. Almazbek Atambayev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Various dimensions of our bilateral relations with brotherly Kyrgyzstan, a country with which we share a common language, a common culture and a common history, will also be discussed, and an exchange of views on regional and international issues of interest to both countries will be conducted during the meeting.
