The elections held on 2 November in Donetsk and Luhansk, separatist regions of Ukraine, in violation of the Ukrainian law as well the Minsk Protocol of 5 September 2014 which was agreed with the participation of Ukraine, RF and OSCE , and their outcomes are not valid for Turkey.

We call on all sides to act in conformity with the letter and spirit of the agreement reached through the Minsk Protocol, which constitutes an important step in terms of finding a solution to the crisis threatening the region's stability and not to lose the gains achieved thereby.
