We welcome that the National Dialogue Process, which was initiated by the Sudanese Government on 27 January 2014 in order to ensure political, social and constitutional reconciliation in Sudan, has been completed successfully and finally, a National Dialogue Document has been adopted.

Turkey considers Sudan as an important partner in Africa on the basis of the deep historical and cultural ties and supports, to the full extent, the political reconciliation and national dialogue efforts, which are critically important for the political integrity and future of Sudan.

We believe that respecting the achievementsof the National Dialogue Process and support by the international community will make important contributions to the welfare and stability of Sudan.
